Waiting period

Our waiting period is currently 2 weeks from payment date for the making process. Once your payment is confirmed your order is placed on our waiting list. The designs for approval will be sent via whatsapp when we reach your order.

Courier information

Our packages are sent with courier guy. Delivery takes 1-4 working days depending on where you live. Kindly note that smaller towns are sometimes only serviced once a week by courier guy and delivery can take longer.

In high risk areas courier guy leaves the packages at the nearest courier guy branch or police station for collection by the client. You will then receive a sms from courier guy with your collection details. I will also inform you of your collection details.

If a package cannot be delivered due to circumstances beyond our control (such as no one available to receive it, inability to answer calls, or an incorrect delivery address), we will make a second delivery attempt. If the package remains undelivered after this second attempt, the client will be responsible for covering any additional costs related to the delivery.

Order collections

Packages can be collected in Faerie Glen, Pretoria East. Packages can unfortunately not be collected from Fridays to Sundays or on public holidays.
The collection time for packages are between 14:00-17:00 from Monday-Thursday by appointment only.

Refund & exchange policy

Should your purchase arrive and in the unlikely event that the item is damaged, please contact us on [email protected] or [email protected] on the same day the parcel was delivered.

Products will not be refunded or exchanged 2 days after the package has been received.

Cancellation policy

You are entitled to cancel your order within 1 working day without giving any reason for doing so. If you pay via EFT the full amount will be refunded. If you choose to pay using one of our alternative payment methods, like Appturepay, any service fees charged by Appturepay will be subtracted from the refund amount.

Orders which are placed through PayJustNow can unfortunately not be cancelled or refunded.

Ink refill for stamps

It is advised to use the Shiny ink range to refill your stamp when the ink pad is dry. Using another brand/type ink can damage your ink pad and the adjustable date of the self inking stamps.
